  1. I guess that is what is going on. My Wal-Mart has really good prices on 9mm and 223 right now. Time to stock up.
  2. I wonder if they add sales tax to this. It seems as if more and more online deals have to add it.
  3. What are good prices now? I just bought 200 rounds for 53.53$ out the door. Brass case federal 55 grain. That is just under 27¢ per round.
  4. Public service announcement about Palmetto State Armory. maybe this is public, common knowledge, but it was not to me until yesterday. On palmetto's daily deals, some of them have a "coupon code". If you enter that code when you check out, it makes the price lower than is advertised. Sometimes substantially lower, like 150$ off a 400$ scope and mount set. I have no idea why they do this, you have to add the item to your card to see the discounted price. Maybe this is common and I'm just old. But I could not believe how much discount i got on that scope.

    Sales tax?

When did Palmetto State Armory start adding TN sales tax to orders? I ordered some stuff in April and there was no tax. Today I wanted to check shipping cost on something so I put it in the cart and there was the sales tax charge. Was a new law passed? I'm not complaining, it is fair. Does Amazon also do that?
  6. These AR-15s seem to be reproducing in my gun safe, so maybe yeah.
  7. Then, these guns are not black, but dark brown?
  8. I do a little bit of service and repair and remodel work for friends occasionally. You can use copper crimp rings on pex that is designed to be expanded, but you cannot expand pex that is designed to be crimped or cinched. I just bought the tool that can work on any pex. And yes, all of this is better than sharkbites.
  9. If you want to buy the tool, buy the tool. But I don't think you absolutely have to buy the tool to replace your PRV. It looks like a propex x male adapter is screwed into the valve. You could undo the union and take it out of that band iron hanger, then hold the male adapter with a wrench and unscrew the PRV. I'm a plumber, well I was before becoming a stay at home dad. The whole pex expansion vs crimp vs cinch debate rages on with no end in sight. I personally went with the copper crimp ring style of pex for the little bit of work I still do.

    Lowers

I just bought two from specialty arms, 54.95$ plus tax and background. Out the door for right at 130$.

    Lowers

Face to face private sale? Or shipped to FFL? Edit, you mean 80% lowers? So no FFL required?

    Lowers

I want to buy a few stripped lowers. I remember when regal/royal range was selling them for 39.99$. I should have bought more. Nothing high end or super nice. Nashville Armory has the Anderson ones for 69.99$ I think. Anyone seen them cheaper in a store? PSA? What is a reasonable FFL for the transfers if I order them. Thanks.
  13. You can bump it as often as you want. But more than once a few days appears desperate and off-putting.
  14. I think this happened today? https://www.nashvillepublicradio.org/post/nashville-grand-jury-indicts-officer-andrew-delke-first-degree-murder-charge?fbclid=IwAR3NIS6RiwfFe8N1nCe_H5-J9HXQxGuescD4gz84S0S8OjvGFmhH6ja9rRM#stream/0
  15. Most of these are pretty good, but I personally have never tried on a pair of yoga pants.
  16. Thoughts? https://www.academy.com/shop/pdp/nikon-4-12-x-40-bdc-riflescope I'm looking for a scope like this to put on a dpms 3g1 to punch holes in paper.
