Looks like quality components. I have only seen a few rounds cycle on an extremely modified ar platform rifle with still several fte’s. Don’t expect them to cycle. I no longer have a ruger ranch and I don’t foresee getting another 7.62 bolt gun. They are whisper quiet when suppressed.

Hey folks, nothing special here. I have a pretty minty Smith and Wesson model 659. I bought this from a buddy of mine, he told me it was a former Franklin, TN Police Department gun, cool story, doesn't look heavily used though and I have no way of confirming that so take it for what it's worth.
