New gun range for west Williamson/Dickson/Hickman co area

Well a friend of mine; an older gentleman is in the process of building a new gun range in the Hickman county area. It is usable now, but very much still in the "under construction" phase. As of right now it has a pistol range 100 ft and a rifle range of 90 yards. The dozer operator kinda made a goof and shorted him 10 yards, but I'm sure that will be remedied the next time he gets the dozer out.

He gave me a number of membership information cards to pass out. If you are in the area and would like to get in on the ground floor of a potentially great place to shoot, let me know and I will get you the information.

I am reluctant to post the info for the whole world to see, as he has enough to do now without having to deal with people who aren't serious about being a member. I'm sure you guys can understand that.

This gentleman has a military background and is VERY polite and easy to get along with, provided you don't act like a fool. He does NOT have a high tolerance for fools or know it all Rambo types. He has made it clear to me that he wants a FAMILY oriented range with a calm atmosphere for women and children.

He is also going to offer basic safety and marksmanship for women and children, with a guarantee that you will learn to shoot.

BTW, I get nothing out of this except for the satisfaction of helping him. This is his retirement project.

I know this is an old post but is this range still in operation and where is it? I live in Hickman.
