He just got up twice and addressed two different bill sponsors, and made snide remarks about it being their first piece of legislation to bring to the floor, and hopefully their last.

on the restaurant carry it says " and such restaurant is not an age-restricted venue", well crap, I can understand not being able to carry while drinking, but I also can't carry while I enjoy a CIGAR (I enjoy going to Burns Tobaccoonist and Chattanooga Billiards Club here)? oh, I might not want to make a fuss on that. Oh, well, I guess I will just have to take it home and smoke it.
