Not quite a spotting scope tripod....

I am going to have to ask the land owner about this. He's said before that .50 BMG is ok but I want to make sure that he is aware of exactly what you plan to bring.

Is it semi-auto only? And can you keep the rounds on target?

When I went last weekend, and joined the range, he told me no full autos due to the neighbors. He did say that the meeting last time was fun. He enjoyed it. Great guy. Wish I could have made it, but will try to this time. Cant wait. Thinking of going again this weekend. Going to try out a new scope a friend gave me for my AR. Anybody else going out there this weekend?

Correct. I was asking about the Ma-Deuce being semi or full just for that reason alone. I still need to make sure it's OK that we have a .50 there that is capable of firing fairly quickly even in semi-auto.

Ugly people are allowed at these gatherings, too, right? If so, I might try to make it. I have fond memories of shooting at Owl Hollow with Charlie Hafner and his son, way back in 1973. That old guy talked me through how to use a muzzle loader.

If they weren't, my wife would never be allowed to bring me. :poop:
