Called again this afternoon...was told all was in order, but they needed a fax'd copy of my class completion certificate...it didn't fax over the first time...grrrrrrr

I called twice. 3 weeks ago they said, "its going out today and will be 7-14 days".

I called last Thursday. She said, "it was processed yesterday and will take 7-14 days".

Not going to say what I really think about my first conversation when I was put on hold (but really was not) regarding my tax dollars at work.........................

As the OP of this thread I can now rest...HCP arrived today in the mail box....32 days from fingerprinting...SWEEEEET. Now the REAL work begins...LOL
