Need some advice on a problem.

Doesn't make sense to me. But again, I wouldn't have a scrolling marquis in my back window, either. :D I'd be liable to try and order food from myself. I think the reason behind the scrolling marquis removal was that it was a distraction. Someone would be concentrating on what it was saying and not that the car slammed on his brakes and causing an accident. Don't know, don't really care. I agree about the ordinance, being polite, and your last sentence. But what are you going to do?

I hear ya, but I'm just a stubborn ex-policeman who can't stand LEOs who get creative with the law, (or testimony for that matter), to exert more authority than is intended by law. I'd fight it in court.
