I want to buy a front rifle rest to for target and sighting in rifles. The main reason I want one is to shoot my CZ 22LR at 100 yards. I don't want to spend the money that a Hart or Sinclair cost. There is a front rest that is made by Sinclair that cost $159 plus shipping. It's sold at Sinclair a Brownnells company so I don't know who made it. It looks pretty good but I don't know if it's any good. Has any of you had experience with this rest? I would also like any suggestions on other rest. Don

The plain old rock and a Caldwell rear bag works fine for me. Even works Ok shooting long range. The Rock BR is a pretty good rest for shooting way past where a .22 will go. It's real heavy. I have a lead sled DFT as well, but never use it unless I need serious recoil reduction.

Throw down a daypack with your stuff in it. It's cheap, effective, and serves multiple purposes.

+1 here works well for me out to 440 yards (that is as long of a safe shot I can get on my property)
