Nashville area gunsmith recommendations? Need some work done on a shotgun barrel

Nashville Armory (one of our vendors) has a smith that provides services through their shop.  Might check with them.

Guns and Leather (also a vendor) has a smith but I am not 100% sure if his operation was impacted by the recent fire at their location.  Might check with them also and see if he's still operational.

Not sure about others.

Good tip on the Armory.  New place that I haven't been to yet.

Jeff's shop in Greenbrier had no damage that I read about.  In fact, they were storing everything they could grab in his shop when the fire broke out.

Jeff Walle is an excellent smith; he's done a couple of pistol projects for me.  And i saw him take/return long gun projects.

As to the Nashville Armory, the smith must be new.  I am a member there and the last time I was in, they had not contracted with a smith.

Lebanon Gun Shop also has a Gunsmith on site.

That would be Ben Schade.  Good man!

He has done several jobs for me.  A real-deal metal cutting and wood checkering gunsmith (not just some parts remove & replace type).

He is also a well known trap shooter in the local area, so he knows shotguns.  Ben has the tooling and the knowledge/skill to do the chokes and just as important will tell you if it can't be done.
