Where is this located?
They're located in Owensboro, Ky.

Unfortunately that is a ways away from me. I would gladly compensate you for your time and efforts if you decide to make way at some point in the near future. Nevertheless thank you for sharing!

They're a little farther from me than you :)  They will ship anything except ammo and have great service. I've ordered two firearms from them and several other accessories in the last couple of years.

and here is a better price on hot lips/steel lips especially when using ship to store.

or Promag

http://www.basspro.com/ProMag-10/22-22-LR-Magazines/product/1202280501098/?cmCat=CROSSSELL_PRODUCT

read the reviews before you order, but I have used the hot lips and steel lips and they are good to go (or atleast mine have been).

My Butler Creek steel lips all  become pretty rock solid reliable, but not until I cleaned them well with dishwashing soap and then sprayed the innards with silicone lube.

But the Ruger BX25's are simply the best way to go now, rock solid and a real value for $25 or less.

I consider any ProMag as crapshoot odds.

the only problem is the shipping price.

Bass Pro at Opry Mills had those Butler Creek mags in stock this evening for $19.99.

I must have just so happened to get 3 not-so-reliable BX-25's. I picked up 3 of them a while back, and while they were the most reliable of any high-cap .22 mags I've tried, they weren't 100% when using my daughters 10/22. I also tried them in a friend's 10/22, and same thing. Not awful, but not 100% like the 10-round rotary magazines.
