The Kingston™ Car Seat Holster was originally conceived in Kingston Jamaica. Its purpose is strictly business, and ideal for surveillances! The driving holster is kept close at hand on the forward, vertical part of you car seat, positioned between the legs. It can be strapped on by means of the adjustable nylon belt with Velcro® closure. The holster itself is our N87 with the clip removed, which is also included.

I need one of these. I used to wedge my pistol between my seat and console while driving and then put it in my holster when I got out. I never had a problem with this until one day I reached over to get something from the glove box and look down to see that the gun had flipped over front ways and was aiming straight at my face. Needless to say, I just keep it in my holster now.

Yup and unless you have it in some kind of retention device, if you are involved in an accident you never know where your pistol will end up.

It might just be the dad in me but that is not the image I had when I read "Car Seat Holster". :stare: It looks like a good idea. Would be great for those 11 hour trips between TN an NC.

I've been known to just stuff my XD in its carry holster between the seat and the transmission hump. (no console in my truck) It fits in there pretty snugly and doesn't go anywhere. But most of the time I just keep the pistol in the holster where I was carrying it before.

I'm trying to figure out exactly how this car seat holster attaches to the seat.

Ha! I was getting ready to make the same comment when I read yours. I have two little ones and was thinking, "what does my 2 year old need a holster for?"
