Buchanan makes the case for the fight quite well, and lays down lessons the Republicans have

seemed to forget, unless they really are just Democrats in waiting.

He included a good history lesson about Carter and the Canal Treaty, which put Howard Baker

into obscurity and helped put Reagan in the White House.

 

The Republicans have forgotten more lessons than they have remembered. If they don't fix

those bayonets, they will have placed the whole party into obscurity.

Buchanan said that same thing on Greta's show last night on Fox. He laid that whole plan out step by step and if they will just follow his lead in this they can dump the whole thing right back in Reid's lap and then Obama's lap if he veto's it and then it is the Democrats in all those red states that are scrambling to try and keep their jobs along with any rino Republicans stupid enough to follow them down the rabbit hole.............jmho
