I have a Remington 700 in 243 and it absolutely hates boat tail bullets.  I can shoot 1/2 inch groups with flat base bullets but it will do no better then 1.5 inch with boat tail (at 100 yards).  I use H414 and a Hornady flat based soft point.  My rifle is from the late 80s but does not have a lot of rounds through it (hundreds not thousands).  I would be interested if the TTSX works for you as I have not tried a boat tail in this rifle in almost 20 years.

Best I have been able to get so far is 1.25 with H4350, another powder or play with the seating dept some more might improve it but that Is what I have for now.

My .243 is a Mauser 98 action rather than a Rem. 700 but I have had really good luck using IMR4064 and AA4064. I tried some 100gr flat back Sierra soft points and they offered excellent velocity consistency (5 shot groups with 3fps S.D. ) but only mediocre accuracy at best. I have loaded some 55gr? boat tail Hornady Vmax for coyote and they have proven to be quite accurate but i've not had the chance to run them over a chrony. I've not used the powder or the bullets that you asked about but figured I would throw out some info for future reference if needed.
