If it was me and I have used all the above mentiond grips I would go with the Compac Pachmayers. The Decelerators seem too "flat",I like the hand filling yet smaller bulk of the compac.

I think its a N frame round butt. Correct me if I am wrong. The wood ones are nice but they are a little slick and I worry about recoil. Honestly I haven't fired the gun yet. I know I should just experiment with the different grips just haven't had a chance yet thanks again for info

I believe the 325PD is a .45ACP with an Airlite Scandium frame. An aluminum frame is going to have a lot of felt recoil, but the N frame is pretty big, so it may not be too bad.

For revolvers I like the Hogue rubber grips over the Pachmayr, but that is just personal preference because of looks, both work great. Hogue has a few different sizes for that frame.

I think you would like the Hogue round butt conversion style rubber Monogrip for range sessions.

And maybe the Round butt Monogrip for carry.

The rubber grips are only $25 new and you can usually find them used on the S&W forum for $10-$15 shipped. Plus you might want to check over there for opinions from people that have already tried all the grips on that gun.
