Well I have to share my story from today.  Had a package from JC Penney that was to be delivered to my office today.  It did not come so I went to track the package.  The post office showed that my office address was un-deliverable and was returning the package to the sender.  This package started with UPS and then transferred to the post office for delivery.

The Irony,  I could not use my Post Office Box because it was being shipped UPS.  UPS gives it to the post office who cannot deliver to an address I receive mail and packages at daily.  Further Irony is my office is literally adjacent to the post office distribution center.

So I contact JC Penney.  They reorder my products, discount them 20%, refund my shipping charges from the first order and give me expedited shipping via UPS so it will not be placed in the post office's hands.  The lady with JC Penney literally said "Someone was to lazy to get their ass out of the car".  I had to agree, but in their defense I guess it was raining.  Another fine effort brought to you by the government.

Kudos to JC Penney for more than taking care of a customer.
