  1. New unfired Saiga 12 iz109 model. This was one of the last models imported before the ban in 2014. Still in the grease as they say.AK platform shotgun for those that don't know. 19" threaded barrel, includes 1 magazine. $900 (high capacity drum available for extra $$$) Norinco M97 shotgun. This is a stunning copy of the famous Winchester model 97 12 gauge. Hammered action complete with "slam fire" capability. Some consider this the "riot" version as they also remade the famous "trench" version. Still in the grease. $900 No trades I'm in east tn

  3. I pulled out of hiding my old BL22. Me and my Dad bought this back in 1975. The gun was never shot much as I had others I used to hunt with regularly. Now Im glad we didnt use it much as its almost in a new state. Ill oil it a little and give it a try out soon. I do notice that front sight isnt for OLD eyes now. LOL I may look into Some Skinner sights unless there is something better?

  4. It’s always nice to have something like that in the back of the safe. Not just for the quality but the memories. Every once in a while I dig out my old Remington 121 Fieldmaster that my dad taught me how to shoot with. It was his first rifle as well. Crazy accurate as many old .22’s are. Even if it never gets used much, I bet it works just the same as it did in 1975. Now it’s time to put it to use! Can’t take it with you, if you know what I mean, lol.

  5. Isn't it funny how the left thinks this last part that ALL our Founding Fathers agreed on is somehow negated by the passage of time and circumstances they think trumps our natural rights?

  10. I know a bunch of teachers - most of whom would jump in front of a bullet without a single hesitation to protect their kids. I don’t know a single one who wants to carry in their classroom. Plenty of them are pro-gun and carry elsewhere in their lives. They express a host of reservations - everything from that’s not the job they signed up for - to risks associated breaking up fights - to their name being made public and suddenly being all over social media and PTA text threads. I don’t know of any that have really thought about it and come to the conclusion that it’s worth it. Every last one of them said some version of, “they don’t trust us with books or curriculum - they’re not going to trust us with guns.”

  14. Custom fitted, black walnut grips. Maybe shot 200 rounds. Comes with everything from the factory plus a good quality, leather, cowboy style holster. I bought it for bear protection when I bowhunted out west, but I no longer have a use for it. I'll throw in all the 300gr, hardcast handloads I have plus whatever spare brass I can scrounge up. I also have an Alaris Tactical chest holster I'd part with for an extra $50 to the buyer. $700 firm (I don't do haggling. I list for the lowest I'll accept.) No trades. Can meet anywhere between Winchester & Murfreesboro.

  18. With a dirty finger and a piece of white printer paper, lay the paper across the threads, rub the paper with your dirty finger. I use a digital caliper to measure how many threads that left a mark on the paper( 8 marks in 1/2 inch would be 16 threads per inch). Then measure the size of the shaft. This is not hard, I have used the "trick or hack" many times over the years.

  19. Just bought this two days ago from a buddy, and then promptly threw a rock through one of my clients sliding glass doors while cutting the yard tonight . I stretched out to buy this thing and life happened Buddy bought it from an old man during estate sale. He said serial number puts it at 1967. I have always wanted a lever action so I jumped on it. Again, I’ve owned this rifle for two days. I don’t know what it’s worth and I’ve never fired it. I tried to take detailed pictures with my crappy phone if you’re interested I can take more Located in Opry Mills mall area $700

  20. If you are a reseller at flea markets or shows, this collection is perfect for you. It’s full of WWII and Vietnam gear + more stuff that you can see. There's some newer surplus as well. Lots of holsters, slings, pouches, bags etc... I don’t have time to set up at shows anymore so I’m passing it on cheap. I can pick out 10 pieces that will net $200 quickly. When you see it in person you’ll understand. My price is $200 firm. I’m keeping the totes and will transfer to boxes or bags when you pick it up. Meet in Manchester. No shipping.

  21. Updated list and prices... FASTEST way for me to connect with you is for you to text me (636.57seven.o373), ask me for the photos of the specific rifle, and I will send those. TN residents with a CCW are simplest, or I will take us to an FFL for the transfer if you are not from TN. I will post at 75 to 80% GB prices (that is how I priced these) and as they wait to sell, I will drop the prices a few times until they are gone. So check back. I am not positive as to what things are worth locally, but I set everything as better than GB. Also, I will work with you if you buy more. Thanks _____

  23. It should be noted that in the actual text of the bill that all training costs for the 40 hours of yearly, mandated, training "shall be at the expense of the person seeking authorization." As week long courses of this type can easily cost in excess of $1000, this is a significant financial hurdle for otherwise willing applicants. It is one I, personally, am willing to bear, but I feel many will balk at it. I emailed my Representative about creating a grant or scholarship to help offset some of these costs today, and I would appreciate it if you do the same. Barring that option, I feel that it might be necessary to create a non profit organization to help out.

  25. In my school, there are 3 Rangemaster graduates on my hallway alone. I would put those willing to carry about 5-10% of the population of our teachers, which is close to the national average for permit holders. It’s not about arming teachers, it’s about no longer actively disarming them.

  26. The bill wouldn't force anyone to do anything. It would just allow teachers who chose to carry to have an option if properly credentialed and trained.
