JayC, you brought a question to mind. At what point do you "Lawyer Up"? Do you cooperate with the LEOs fully or just say "I'd like to talk to a Lawyer before I answer any questions"?

What I meant to say by my statement was that maybe in the future if someone is faced with a decision to go out and work honestly and make some money or... commit a crime to steal some money that perhaps the fact that he may be shot in the chest by an armed store owner will sway his decision.
