  1. Well my phone ensured that made no sense. I think its as mad as I am. Overpriced guns for no reason, that's the bottom line, the end.
  2. okay is selling an ATI GSG 52 4 1200 freaking dollar it's a 400 dollar gun of all the r of all the recent shootings people are doing really stupid things like this and it's ruining our sport I personally enjoy looking for used firearms at a decent price unless I go to the unless I go to the dealer that would be alrigh but nowadays is becomin but nowadays is becoming so hard to get dealers the don't try to destroy you with extreme pricing as well oh how I do miss my it is so much okay ran okay rant completed thanks thanks guys
  3. Can your wife become friends with mine? I'm tired of underwear for Christmas
  4. No info on the Ruger but I'll share about the CW again I carry it on a daily basis the fact that it's a the fact that it's a nice single stack as stated above I use 1911 magazines so gun shows for 10-15 bucks is pretty sweet for back up mags. The double action pull is a little hefty, but with a little polishing I've dropped mine the 3 and a half pounds I've put many Winchester defenders and gold dots as well as m as well as my reloads wit with full metal metal jackets an and hollow points I could talk forever about the gun I do love it but it comes down to preference shoot them first and good luck. Oh yeah, I use OWB and no issues with concealment, but she's not a pocket pistol, thats for sure
  5. Man those things are so cool I've got to add 1 to the inventory
  6. I just snagged a ticket for this same rifle, same price. Anyone wanna gimme an opinion before I pay?
  7. Now i'm not saying it's right, but if you read the article you will gain some perspective from it in some way. I'd say it's floated around here already, just didn't see it http://www.activeresponsetraining.net/the-perils-of-open-carry What you guys think?

This show just makes every Testosterone filled male in the world feel like they're Tough! I do love this show, regardless of the fact that I'll never be that Cowboy in today's society!
  10. Good photoshop job though, props on that part!
  11. This by far might be the wisest thing I have heard an officer say....Ever. I will be stealing this!
  12. This might just be the way to go. so i'm guessing .22LR is the choice for cheap target shooting? I'm not one that can handle a throw-away. I already have a P22 that i'm sure won't outlast my K Frame, so something like the ruger sounds pretty good
  13. Okay, so just got a little thinking goin on upstairs and I got kinda worried. I figured I woudl get your guys opinions. here's what I'm wanting. Cheap to shoot. Dead on accurate Fun for a little exhibition shooting Dependable Able to accept optics for lack of better reasoning...Cheating! Any suggestions? I was thinking maybe a Browning Buck Mark or Walther. What you guys think? Or is .22LR the wrong direction to go?
  14. Thanks for the offer, but Mooresburg's a good trip, and I can just hit the back yard at the parents houses. I do plan on spending a couple hours at the Wally World to make some suspended Golf ball targets and maybe try and put some nails in the boards!!! Thanks Top Shot for the ideas
  15. Any reason no one's recommended a Taurus PT1911? With all the options you get and under his price range, i would think it would be a great option to consider. I personally think they make pretty stellar firearms.
  16. I 100% agree with this. Never held a job where I had to worry about my employer back-dooring me for anything, but even if he said oh yeah, sure, something could come up one day where the situation backfires. Let's say his son comes in drunk one night picks up his gun and points it at you? Just sayin, get it in writing if he allows it
  17. Great ending to the possible situation, but i'll be honest, I NEVER WANT TO HAVE A SITUATION LIKE THAT AT HOME!
  18. Okay, since i have two miniature Schnauzers that i treat like my children, I NEED to chime in on this one. I can not speak for everyone that is that guy saying"It's okay" but I can say this has been me TOO many times lately. Granted, my dogs are small, but that doesn't make it okay that a dog(2 actually) come running at you, or God forbid your children, barking and sprinting. Again, my dogs are the absolute worst about this, so I do everythign in my power to keep them at hoem ro on a leash but it happens. If it wee to happen that someone were to pick up thier child and drop kick my dog, you will not get a cruelty to animals comment from me. I will politely apologize as best I can and pray it's not a large vet bill as they are my responsibility! If in fact it comes to it that you shoot my dog, i will be upset, in tears even, but not upset with you. I understand my animal's actions and I woudl see them as threatening.... So, I feel you did everything perfect, and honestly, maybe even a little reserved! I probabyl woudl have let the owners have it, as I have received that tongue lashing numerous times! Props to you my friend!
  19. I'm calm yo, it's all in gun food...I hope, otherwise, LEARN TO SPELL!
  20. StrictJ...Bite me MikeGideon...I'm still in Germany for another few weeks David and Brooks...NOt from me you post whores I have nothing more to say, i'll just subscribe to TNGUNUSERSHOOTSGUNOWNERS.COM
  21. Thanks TMF, good info. I will do what I need to make it through. I truly am excited, but everyone who has completed teh course responds with " No You're Not!" and I do understand. I'm jsut glad I have the opportunity, not necessarily glad for how I'll feel.
  22. Ok, let me give some insight, as a Future Army Aviator headed to flight school and currently in an Apache unit. They started this flight in AF at over 9k feet altitude. These aircrafts are not great at high altitude. It takes a very skilled and knowledgeable pilot to fly that high. They do extensive high altitude training! EXTENSIVE! With that said, stall speed is around 40 knots at this altitude so not hot-dogging, just leaving form other side of base and didn't have the proper torque. He was scared he wouldn't clear the buildings and lost his brain and just yanked the cylic. This caused the aircraft to stall, forcing it to free fall. On the other hand, one of the two pilots has some mad skills to recover from the stall and level the aircraft before it nosed down! Props to one of them, and no experience and scared tactics to the other
