i just came across a crazy deal myself... i found a 2000 production year series 80 1911 in all black. I had been looking for a nice series 80 (i prefer Springfield for series 70 design, just a better 1911) for some time and couldn't find one for under 1500 or so dollars. Well i found one in almost new condition for 700. yep. 700. The deals are out there, be patient and wait and you will be rewarded like myself. I love Colt and have built my collection back up to 2 as well. I have a beautiful 3 inch King Cobra 357 fitted with some sexy Altamonts snakeskins with Gold rampants in the grips. I just ordered another set of Alts for my new (new to me) series 80 in American Walnut with Gold inlays as well. my next Colt i will be after soon enough will be a Python, but i just cannot decide on barrel length. Im leaning towards 4 inches but i have heard get the 5 inch if you can... so we will see.

The title says it like it is, and I am not looking for something that is eye candy. I want one that has been used please, and from someone who can verify it’s a good shooter. I’m looking for stock.

i would love that Ed Brown MSH and would the Glock mag extensions work for G17 mags?

i used to have the exact same gun in Stainless with the wood grip and man what a shooter... i honestly like the OD better and i am traditionally always stainless first LOL

i want to buy a Stainless 2.75 inch Ruger Security/Service 6 w/ Wood Grips Or Possibly an older GP100 with the old panel grips. Or I may even consider a Colt snake gun, but I’m looking for something to use. Not a show gun. Or I will also consider a model 19-3 Smith & Wesson in Stainless with a wood grips (may consider a Model 27 if the price is right). Please let me know what you have and want to sell.

Blasphemy you can never have too many stainless guns, 10-4 and good luck on the hunt. Those Ronin’s are sexy. Springfield is hands down the best all around 1911 in my opinion, some may disagree.
