  1. Yeah, I didn't read all the way. I saw .45 revolver and got all starry eyed about moon clips. My mistake.
  2. You can still find Colt M1917's for a decent price.
  3. I have used the BFG vickers padded 2 point, Magpul MS2, Viking tactics VTAC, and OSOE 1 and 2 point slings. I currently run SOE single point slings and padded 2 point vickers.
  4. We had some boxes of 25 NAA when I worked at the gunshop. We never sold a single box of it while I was there. It won't shoot .25acp, it won't fit in the chamber. The cartridge is an oddball. I'd stay away unless you bought a goodly supply of ammo with the gun.
  5. It's good training. James can be an ass sometimes but he runs a good company and offers top tier training classes to folks regardless of their professions. Mike
  6. I've seen a bunch of these break at the locking lug and the feed lips. Surplus steel is cheaper and proven. Bulgarian waffles are proven but not cheap.M Mike
  7. You won't regret it. The times, They are a changin'...
  8. http://originalsoegear.com/stacked.html My personal preference. Made right here in TN. SOE gear is bombproof. http://originalsoegear.com/index.html Mike
  9. Be careful with that stock. I've seen many of the Tapco 2 piece stock sets.
  10. Regardless, the efficacy of a brake on a .22lr rifle is marginal at best.
  11. Love it! I love shooting my suppressed performance center 41.

    RPK Trench Art

I drew the skull on with a pencil then carved the relief area out with my pocket knife. Not too much too it.
  13. Too bad it's made by IO. It might do some of what they claim. I doubt it though.
  14. Been rocking a beard for the last few months. Beats the hell out of shaving every day.

After a few coats of linseed oil.
  16. Neither will make a difference. The .22lr doesn't have the gas volume to act upon the rifle in any significant fashion.
  17. Find new mag, drop old one, load new one, rack slide.
  18. Waiting for the rifle to get back to me.
  19. I would look at some of these kits over the cheaper than dirt one. http://shop.thetacti...MED-KITS_c2.htm Much higher quality and a much better value.
  20. Don't worry about it. Bring what you carry and use it. If you get ribbed for it, just take it in stride. They don't mean anything by it, it's just good natured joking around.
  21. That's a waste of money. Lot's of unnecessary and superfluous items and it's expensive to boot. Mike
  22. John is good people and he makes some serious gear. I've reviewed a bunch of his stuff here. You can't go wrong with any piece of gear he makes. Mike
