Glock...sorry to hear about this. He was just some dude waiting to be shot or beaten obviously. What a D.B.. Similar incident with the Sumner county sheriff, only she told me it would be a while till they came to take a statement, I asked if they would come quicker if I shot the dude and hung up...was about 4 minutes and they showed up. I never had to shoot him though. edit...PS: I do not hate the police or any LEO. I personally think they are severly understaffed for todays criminal environment.

I guess I am lucky that my wife is a legal assistant for a criminal defense attorney, Paul Walwyn. He would come down to the jail with me in the middle of the night ....if I HAD to go. Same here, as to random testing. I couldn't agree more about requiring it for the welfare system, the only problem is that the gov't would say it costs too much, and that it would end up corrupt. Instead of actually working at fixing it, they will just make excuses for why it can't be done.
