  1. There isn't an emoticon that demonstrates my feelings towards this last statement: however, if there was you'd get 100% kick out of it!
  2. Look again! Under "FACT" you posted, "The only weapons used against the Israeli's were those commandeered by the civilians from the IDF soldiers that had stormed the ship," while the video clearly showed the Israelis being struck with metal poles and rods/bars. If you don't think metal poles and rods are weapons why don't you slide down a rope while I whack you with said objects and see if that changes your opinion? I submit that if someone were approaching you with a tire-tool you would draw and fire making you an incredible hypocrite as well as an antisemitic.
  3. Check again! Poles and metal rods are indeed weapons, and so are guns picked up from your opponent. Regurgitating what someone told you is not witnessed: wit·ness    /ˈwɪtnɪs/ Show Spelled[wit-nis] Show IPA –verb (used with object) 1. to see, hear, or know by personal presence and perception: to witness an accident. So much for "coherent discourse."
  4. When you post something as "fact" without having witnessed it yourself, and your source is arguably fallacious, you open yourself to such attacks. What you posted is like the Nazi Party posting that Hitler wasn't that bad of a guy. It's these kind of tactics under the guise of "intellectual discourse" that the left uses, and that I find laughable. I guess you can count me as one of the Americans who do not care.
  5. Then engage in some. You aren't likely to find support for your BS here.
  6. So another group of "activists" are being sent. Perhaps this boat will be sunk and save the Israelis the trouble.
  7. Dude! Step away from the crack-pipe.
  8. The statistics show that the Palistinians are losing and nothing more. It doesn't take a genius to know that doing things like launching an bunch of un-guided rockets into Isreal is going to elicit a deadly response. It's kind of that, "Don't spit into the wind" type of thing. I suggest that you talk to Palistinians who have escaped the world of the P.L.O. before taking a side. They might tell you what is really going on over there.
  9. I bet you could find a website by a group of Americans saying similar things, but that doesn't mean that it's factual or simply out of context.
  10. Sticker was $330; and they took $300 for it.
  11. ... a new toy. I can't believe it's a Taurus! I went there looking for a pocket pistol in the flavor of a Ruger LCP. The Kel-Tecs were by the front door, so I looked at those first, and then asked the staff for a LCP. The LCP had a terrible trigger pull to where I wondered about its quality overall. So I'm heavily leaning towards the Kel-Tec when the guy says he has a Taurus. I said that he had to be kidding, but he proceeded to bring it over. All three pistols looks virtually the same. Then I tested the trigger on the Taurus, and I couldn't believe how smooth it was. It was $100 less than the Ruger with a better trigger, so I walked out with it, some ammo, and a pocket holster.
  12. Thanks for the de-rail.
  13. Why would this surprise you? Nashville traffic court isn't interested in justice; they are interested in revenue collection.
  14. That'll never happen. She doesn't like me getting a bike, but she's ok with it. I'm sure an "I told you so!" is in my future somewhere. I'm taking the riding class to stave-off that comment.
  15. I am looking to buy a "New" 2009 V-Rod, which will be the first bike I've bought/ridden since my 650 Seca (SP) that I had in 1984. I'm looking for impressions on the V-Rod choice. I don't care for the look of the "baggers" or the old school looking bikes. I pretty much sat on every different version of bike that they had at the dealership, and the V-Rod was the most comfortable. This bike is to be used to drive back and forth from work, running errands that do not require the use of my truck, and maybe day cruises around the area. No passengers except maybe a short ride, (my wife is NOT going to get on the bike ever).
  16. Went to Tijuana back in 1983, and it was the biggest freakshow I've ever seen. Don't care to ever go back.
  17. Most of the higher-end ones have maps from other countries, so unless you pkan to take it to Europe or South America you don't need to pay for that crap. If you go to Dell.com and select a few models that interest you, they have a comparison function that I found useful when selecting mine a couple of years ago. It kept my from over-buying.
  18. Take your condescention elsewhere Leroy, I'm not buying it.
  19. You stated, "Kill the criminal in a similar way as their victims and I am all for it" and I asked you who you are going to get to do it. You reply with, "Who do you think should do it? We used to have public executions carried out by officers of the jurisdictions that had the trial." Humm, one is not like the other! When did we EVER torture and mutilate someone in an execution? "One of the reasons that our society is so far into the toilet is that we have no objective set of moral and ethical convictions." How moral and ethical would our society employed law enforcement officer who were capable of executing someone in a similar fashion as the accused? BTW Mr. 90-days: Do you realize how many innocent people were on death row or suffering life sentences until they were able to prove their innocence with DNA? How about all the incidents of prosecutorial misconduct? Then you end your warped logic with, "Thus endeth the lesson" like you are condescending to a lower level? Wow!
  20. So the taxpayer should house, feed, clothe, and supply all medical care for the rest of their lives so that they are properly punished?
  21. Ok, seriously, if you're going to make this kind of comment you need to elaborate.
  22. Ok, so who do you all propose to punish those befitting of their crimes? Most people who can actually do that are the criminals.
