I've had a standard practice for many years now. I start looking at my next piece of new exercise equipment in late summer, early fall. Then I ramp up "chatter" about said equipment when the new year approaches and I especially target those that say their resolution is to get fit. Then around groundhog day I started trolling the classifieds

I didn't say scrub the thread but the current law has been pointed out and his question answered. From there it's just opinion on what "I" would do which is what you referenced above ^^^^. And as you covered it's best not to suggest brushing off a felony like it were jay walking.

The problem with many is they hear low carb and supplement with 1# of fat in a "carb free" wrap loaded with salt and sugar and 0 exercise. nailed it lol.

For most people the largest obstacle to maintaining a healthy weight will between their 2 ears. I've seen it go both ways for a person to be "pre diabetic". 1 gets their act together and diet straightened out and the other says F it and embraces the "betes" .
