  1. Oh shoot, you give some solid advice. If you are looking for a son/in law you just PM me...I come with a solid dowry. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  2. Nobody properly "incintivised" me. (I'm pretty sure that's not a word) Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  3. I have 5 Glocks...the 23 is the only one I have ever sold. I bought it as my 1st glock on a whim and sold it like 6 months later. Didn't care for the snappiness of it. Having said that I love telling guys in the gun store to ask for forgiveness, not permission so I am really torn here. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  4. I would just like one thing I carry to be discreet. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  5. I am relatively new to the knife game. Hence the puncher (minimal skill, last ditch effort and all that) who makes a good ceramic/carbon fiber? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  6. Other suggestions? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  7. Anyone have/seen one of these? A couple buddies were talking about them the other day after a carbine class. Made out of G10...no metal. Was thinking of one for my EDC. http://www.sobmanswag.com/collections/tools-1/products/s-o-b-puncher-gen-2 Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  8. Welcome to the party. Cats suck. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  9. I have been watching the NFA tracker for about 15 months...people said I was crazy and I don't know how it officially works but I swear I saw the trend graph wave. Like the ATF said, "this month we are going to docus on form 1's, next month form 4 trusts, now for 4 individuals." I'm sure they don't do that but every time I look something goes up and another immediately has a significant drop. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  10. Thats crazy. Form 3's were six weeks like clockwork back in the spring. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  11. I have 2 safes right now and I can barely fit 40 long guns in them...but the biggest problem is I have a bunch of odd shaped guns. So even at the price I paid for it the fact that I'm not going to be banging optics, scratching antiques, and paying to cerakote black rifles and pistols from bumping into each other is worth it for me (pending it works). Regardless of the size of the safe I would still run into the same problem....hopefully. I would have loved to have had the Pendleton but this has all the features minus the electronic spin...for $5k difference I'll spin the thing myself. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  12. Well I looked at building a lazy susan in one I had, did some more research on the Revolution and a few others and decided to pull the trigger on this one after I was offered a discount. Review to come. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  13. Worst case scenario I'll just pour a cup of coffee and shoot from the deck. They taste the same either way. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  14. PSA: Don't climb in a deer stand in flip flops. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  15. I walked back out earlier this week after I saw this thread to check my camera and realized my dang sd card wasn't pushed all the way in (face palm). And the batteries were dead. So I went back in to get new batteries and ended up in the ER. Not a great start to the season. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  16. Mine took right at 90 days. I got it back 6 weeks ago. But they are on the rise too Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  17. Sweet. I just looked on their website and didn't see one. That looks much sturdier. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  18. Trend times for form 4s for trusts went from 90 days to almost 150 days. But wait times for individuals is down close to 30 days. I am a naturally impatient dude but this is getting frustrating. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  19. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/index.php?/topic/89583-Moving-In-State. Tedro check this out, we were talking about this in Class III a few weeks ago. If you have a trust you don't need to do anything unless you have a checking acct with an address on it but you will need to fill out a form. Its easy. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  20. Glad to see the efforts pay off. My keymod is on a CMMG MK3 CBR in 308. Trying to get a bipod to mount sturdily on that thing was a pain...but a light will be a lot easier since its not load bearing. (like mounting a mount on a mount) Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  21. Good review mcordell...Caster, I agree a little with you. I especially don't like the mount for this one compared to my Larue Aimpoint. That thing is tough. This looks like it could get hung on gear since its not flush. I hope Larue does a mount for this thing. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  22. The new "Ranger panties" (it had to be done) We were messing with my buddy last night who is a vet and has a tab. He was all worked up about it and I told him it's not Ranger Bat, it's a leadership school. With the fact that there is no more front line in warfare, why wouldn't you want ANY leader that could see combat to have these skills? These 2 girls were 1) an Apache pilot and 2) a MP (she was in the BN I just left when I got out, I met her once. From what my peers tell me she's a bad@$$ chica.) Both have the strong chance of needing those skills. Everyone makes Ranger school out to be like Delta force boot camp. Every one I knew that ever came back said they learned how to stay awake for ungodly amounts of time, walk for weeks on end, learned squad level dismounted tactics, use a map, and how to be ok with misery. Basically it gave everyone the confidence to face adversity. The school is a great asset to the Army, but its not churning out commandos. It strengthens leaders. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  23. I saw one of them last week...they look nice. But I needed a bolt carrier group for one of my ARs...being an adult sucks sometimes. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
  24. A couple of industry trainers ran it hard this weekend to do a little field testing on it and said they would write a review...I'll dig around and see if I can't find one. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
