Unfortunately, I do high-level I.T. work all day during the week. I see a lot of stuff get really jacked up by people who thought they were going to fix a problem by following advice that they read on the Internet, or got from a friend, or read in a magazine, etc. Often it causes security holes that techs end up having to go back in behind the user's path of destruction and fix. Obviously TGO is not a forum about computer repair. I would take anything read here with a grain or two of salt and not try any proposed fixes without researching the heck out of them first. Remember, if you try a fix proposed by someone on the Internet, you're doing it at your own risk. Chances are that person isn't going to come to your rescue and fix your computer for you if it goes wrong. And chances are they wouldn't come fix your problem for free anyway. Caveat emptor.

Good! Now, when Obama brings a RINO into his cabinet, as has been suggested he will, the Democrats should FIRE HIS ASS for betraying the party. All hail partisan politics!!!

There was no super secret forum manager discount. I am not going to divulge the source or the price. I am told that Dicks sells them for about $570-600 if you can find them in stock.

You need to rethink your protocol for this project and make sure you're staying legal and make sure you're not posting something on the Internet that may come back and bite you in the ass later. Especially given the information that you provided in THIS THREAD where you hypothetically pose the question as if a person was in possession of the bbl. We frown heavily on discussing illegal activities here. But ultimately it's going to be between you and the nice BATFE agent. -
I can't say what I got this one for. Check Gun Broker for the typical going rates.

Obamanations (pictures for the masses)

Lighten up, Francis. You're on the verge of getting a short vacation from the site if you can't play nice with others. -
Welcome. Be sure to wash your hands after touching anything a Liberal may have touched at school.

It's not my fault that Glock misnamed it.

Your routing # is the same routing # as anyone else who uses your bank. The routing # is specific to the bank, not to your account.

That part is actually the take down lever, and I recommend Graham's part any time you run an all-metal aftermarket guide rod. The guide rod slams the **** out of that part and the OEM ones tend to deform over time when using a metal guide rod. Quality part. I had one on my Glock 27 and will put another in my 19 soon.

Low and to the left is a classic hallmark of flinching when you pull the trigger. A little proper instruction with the firearm is likely all you need.

Be sure to use the one that CAS just provided!

I always shop S-Mart.

Picked this up for home-defense use. Mossberg 930 SPX Tactical with 7-rd mag extension, pic-rail mounted rear adjustable ghost ring sight and front shrouded fiber optic sight. Kept loaded and ready with Hornady TAP 12-ga 00 buck. Groovy.

Obama already helping the economy...
TGO David replied to K191145's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I was at On Target in Murfreesboro twice yesterday and once on Friday. They were absolutely covered up every time I was there and people were buying rather than just tire kicking. I did my part to stimulate the economy. -
NO, collection purposes isn't a smart assed answer. It is a legitimate answer since the BATFE recognizes that some of us as freedom loving Americans do collect rifles. If you feel like wasting several months of your time, go ahead and put something like "Because I can" on a Form 1 or Form 4 and send it on in to them. They'll read it as the sort of silly, penny ante bull**** that it is and send your form back to you and tell you to try it again. Frankly I don't understand why some people feel like they should try and make a political statement every time they interact with the government. Do you think the BATFE agent assigned as the Examiner for a Form 1 or Form 4 is somehow responsible for the screwed up laws? Here's a hint: NO. If you want to make a political statement, do it at the voting booth. Deal with the jackasses who pass these inane laws to begin with. But don't take it out on the guy or gal sitting in West Virginia at the BATFE office, just doing their damn job.

I don't really like to mix up my carry items that much. Glock 19 IWB 99.999% of the time. 0.0001% of the time I have my 1911 IWB. If I had a nice OWB that pulled the butt of the grip on either of these in close to my side, then I might consider OWB during the colder weather but only if I knew for a fact that I wouldn't be removing my coat wherever I went.

The Treatment of Bush Has Been a Disgrace
TGO David replied to TGO David's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
Volzfan, keep in mind my friend that you're showing respect to the office and not necessarily the occupant. I will go a step further and recommend that if you're the praying kind, that you say one daily for Obama and ask that God use him for good. There are plenty of accounts in the Bible of that very thing happening; a bad ruler used for good purposes. -
The Constitution Party - Whaddya think?
TGO David replied to musicman's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The GOP needs top-down firings courtesy of the constituents. Fire the old guys, bring in the fresh blood. There is a whole generation of "Reagan Republicans" out there comping at the bit to be given a chance. It's time the out of touch old farts be given their walking papers.
