I bought one.
  2. Welcome to the RGUNS Internet Storefront I was happy with my Nagant pistol I got from them a year ago. They are an importer and I have a RGUNS marked 91/30 I bought from AIM.
  3. I bought a Hex Izzy from Classic about 6 months ago. Faxed my order in, as the phone lines were always busy. No complaint on what they sent me although it was a couple of weeks in arriving and they were saying on the website they were overwhelmed with orders. Another place to consider is rguns.net. I bought my Nagant revolver from them. My round receiver Tula that came from AIM was imported by them.
  4. YouTube - campfield1198.avi Campfield grilling the TBR rep for those that don't have the patience to listen to the whole debate. To bad they shot him down without hearing the people that were there for SB0399.
  5. You might want to watch the video for SB1198 that was heard in committee today. Campfield was setting up the TBR guy.
  6. It says full time faculty and staff. The colleges employ a lot of part time and contracted "temp" staff as well as adjunct faculty. They are creating an elite class that can carry and will prohibit a lot employees the right to carry that do the same jobs as those elite if they pass it as currently written.
  7. Lawmakers Consider Allowing Guns On College Campuses - News Story - WCYB Tri Cities My boss was talking to me about this interview this morning. They may have 20 armed officers on the main campus but at another campus location they have 1 unarmed security guard that works nights at a facility where several hundred students attend from 8 am to 10 pm at night. At this facility several years ago during a weekend when no one was present, someone fired shots through a glass door down a hall.
  8. I look at this bill as discriminatory as it is currently written. The colleges are employing lots of adjunct faculty, part time staff, and "temp" employees on contract to save money. Many work full time hours and perform the same jobs as full time employees and are exposed to the same dangers. If "full time" is removed I would have no objections and think it would be a good bill.
  9. Yes but I blew my funds on a CZ 50 Tuesday morning and they were not listed then.
  10. I keep watching the website for a M38 to complete my collection but not had the funds to order a nice one when they are posted for sale.
  11. I've been most pleased with rifles I have bought from aimsurplus.com and classicarms.us. The handpick fee is usually worth the extra $10. You need to make a decision on your preference of a hex or round receiver and the stock if a choice is available for laminated stock. The places that sell the rifles usually sell the ammo also.
  12. Hamilton Radio Shack offers free gun with new Dish Network service
  13. I think Academy Sports Monarch brand is worse than Brown Bear. I've shot it in both 9X18 and 9X19.
  14. What about changing the bill to allow carry by students in off-campus locations that do not provide armed security? One of their biggest arguments against student carry is the colleges provide adequate security. Many off-campus locations provide little or no security.
  15. Excellent choice, I wasn't disappointed with the one I got from AIM about a year ago.
  16. check at mosinmatt.com for parts. They were the cheapest and arrived in a couple days. Mine was not packed with cosmoline, it was something simular to axle grease. My non-matching bolt passed the field gauge and going to try to shoot it on Sunday.
  17. Did you ever get yours in? Mine was full of thick grease that was stubborn to remove. I've gotten my other parts in and repaired my trigger (weak/bent trigger spring) and have the new front sight installed. My field gauge should be arriving any day and I look forward to shooting it this weekend if it passes.
  18. It's a 1945 model. I'm off tomorrow and planning on cleaning the rest of the grease out of it. I found the best price on my missing parts at mosinmatt.com. Going to have to put a 91/30 front sight on it, can't find a M44 sight. I've got to get the headspace checked before I can shoot it. Anyone in Tri-Cities area have a field gauge?
  19. You have to be logged into your account. It's on the third page under Long Guns, Surplus Long Guns.
  20. Found the ad last week on their website and decided to take a gamble and added hand pick. Ad says comes with bolt and barrel, missing small parts. Got home this evening and found mine waiting for me. Bolt is not matching, missing the front sight and trigger spring. Still have lots of grease to remove.
  21. I've been using USPS for over 15 years, shipping stuff out in boxes and envelopes. The PO has twice failed to deliver in a timely manner. Both times it took about 3 months for the lost mail to arrive to their destinations. No explanations and post marked on the day I mailed it. I think it got put in a container and shipped overseas.
