  11. Wrong- On SO many levels... Just WR:drama:NG!!!
  12. Anyone know whay happened in the HB0962 Hearing scheduled for this morning?? (Guns in BARS or in my case "Logans Roadhouse Carry":D??) Haven't heard anything yet.
  13. Dog, Property... Thats one thing... Grab my kid and try and take off -see what comes next. If I can get a clean shot:death:BANG. If not a good candidate for a lead infusion a tire iron, pocket knife, steel toed boot, etc. will have to suffice. Dont mess with the fam.
  14. Sorry for your loss. Prayers for all involved.
  15. Welcome. Let me just say, nice choice of firearm.
  16. +1 COMPLETELY AGREE:D (AS FAR AS SIGHTS, They ALL need a good set of NIGHTYS)
  17. Takes 18 Macs to do the trick???
  18. NADAguides.com- FREE Thats who we use, on the lot, for comparison, trade in, etc. NADAs little book is who we use for Auction baseline. Very good idea of actual value, just be thorough with ALL information to get an accurate value.
  19. Welcome to TGO. I am also from Cookietown. My Opinion- XDm larger carry, or XDsc easy conceal-super reliable. XDsc in .40 is my daily carry. My M&P .357 SIG is a super good feeling weapon, but just IS NOT my XD. A Glock is extra reliable, just love my XD additional backstrap safety. BFWIW This is Glock vs SA XD is A Whole Other thread (discussed and debated here time and time again) Both Great Weapons.... JUST MY:2cents: Again Welcome to Cookeville from.......... Cookeville.
  20. Even trade will leave neither seller or buyer liable for sales tax. As a dealer, we list the sales price as even trade and list the year, make, model and VIN in the spot on the back of the title that is for trade in info. As far as the "fixer upper" one can get the affidavit from clerks office. The seller must list the sale price along with explanation for the low price. I will tell you from past experience that in this case an explanation of "vehicle in need of major repair" works every time.
  21. Went thru a THP checkpoint last night. Hwy 290 just E of the J-Co line. We are having a new home built and every night we go to check the progress, so I just slap on the Blackhawk Serpa and OC my XD:tough:. Pulled right up to the checkpoint, hand my DL to the trooper he looks at me, my license, and says "Be careful and have a good day". No felony stop to report. No Glock to the temple like the DragRacing 18yo got recently from "Trooper Tantrum" (thankfully:D)
  22. Just made it back from WallyWorld Cookeville. As I walk by the little FSNB bank branch in the front of the store little teller/greeter at the bank entrance says "hello". Then I notice it. Right behind her on the outside wall.... The "sign". No Weapons Allowed, gun and slash mark. Even in English and Espanol!! Not the proper Language, But MORE than enough to let you know they don wan us there. Must be due to all the recent media hype??? Just wonder if anyone else has noticed if any of their other WalMart locations are posted as well or if its a local management decision. I see that BooCoodles of the WM SuperCenters around have the banks in them.. Wish I banked there so I could have had the pleasure of closing my accts and telling them EXACTLY why. But then again, who Could blame a Bank for Posting?? You know if you cant carry a gun into the bank LEGALLY then it will not be robbed. We all know BGs all stop to read (and always obey) the signs!! Also had never noticed the "remove hats/sunglasses prior to entering our business" sign -> Anyone else noticed???
