  1. thank u Rick
  2. thank you sir its a savage M 10 20" in 223 with black hills 69 grain sierra's. I still have to do some work on my scope mounts, I thought I had it. but I still have to move it back about a 1/2"  oh, and the scope is a 4 X 16 Vortex PST SFP in M.O.A.
  3. thank you
  4. why thank you sir!
  5. on my 3rd attempt=trips to the range. limit of 5 shots each on the 2 nickels at 400. my goal is to get them both on the same attempt. but I am still happy. at first I use a piece of carpet that I spray painted the back side white and glue the nickels to it, so they would not be lost when/if hit but that did not work well I had very hard time just trying fine/see them. so this time I wrapped a piece of white paper around a piece of card board the glue it to the carpet then use a 3" shoot-n-see and glue the nickel to the center. so at the Montgomery county shooting complex today I got my first nickel kill at 400 yards, woo who!!
  6. damn luckily DOG!
  7. it looks like the weather will not be a issue, so god willing we will be there.   Question, with the 20 round limit can we use your new 40 round mags and have it count as 2 20 rounders? :)
  8. Well? also just as a note, blue ridge is a much harder match and should be full. trust me. but as long you will not intimidated by it go for it. and get some practice running up hill.  DBTN you must love the challenge!  are you doing Big Hamp's match in Dec and have fun.

There will be a par time of around a minute to clear the targets. - Plaques will be awarded to the top Pro, Am and Lady shooter. Prizes TBD will be awarded to the top shooters on Sunday. - If there's any down time, we'll have a couple of long range JP demo rifles to shoot for fun.
  16. unless you are running hi end optic with a offset mount I honestly do not think your scope will have the adjustment range to reach out that far. as far as a smart scope the Horus reticles can get you out past a1000 with no scope adjustments. but they can be over whelming when you first use one and if you wish there is app for them to.
  17. Vortex PST
  18. looking forward to seeing u on friday

  21. http://www.rock3gun.com/     if you like 3 gun or just want to see the Pro's in action. make time to go. the side matches are open to the public. just check in at the resort and get a map. the stages can be about 10 miles part. lots of vendors. last year on the side matches Red Jacket was there with a couple of belt feed guns they charged a few bucks, Mr Alexander let you shoot the .50 Beuwolf and the 6.5 grendal to 650 yards  his was free etc.
  22. a friend of ours posted on his u tube channel. he replaces words with music. in the start of it she with AMU team, whenever I ran into them they would always let me take a little video of them saying hi to her. the ACR she uses is a Remington, the DSA is of course a 308 SBR. she always gets to shoot more full auto than the us paid competitors. she even got a little air time getting off the striker. this before she got her first AR, claim to be a little scared of them. the DI part is would not call him sgt, only called sir.  in 2010 she ran into him and they gave each a big hug.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsE1nRihJCQ&feature=c4-overview&list=UUATfiLAIJmYvqfEAq6HK41Q
