  1. If I was close enough I'd take you up on the offer. Since I'm not I will tell you that Legends outdoor advange in Athens has 1 (that I know of)PF 9 in stock right now.
  2. Ok so I'm just sayin that I don't really want to be the test case.
  3. Ok, I'm gonna have to call you on this one, unless I'm mistaken TN law does say we can't carry on city, county or state property (fed property is covered by another law). If I am wrong please quote TCA so I can make a copy of it and proudly carry where I am allowed to.
  4. Well my next gun was gonna be the Rx4 or the keltec bullpup, but since I had to get another work truck my gun buying days are severely numbered.
  5. I gotta get me one of those.
  6. You gotta see that thing in action, it's cool:koolaid:
  7. Welcome to TGO. I've been to Oneida a bunch of times. Nice place way up in the woods though.
  8. Well my next firearm was gonna be a kel tec bull pup (not out yet ) or the new Beretta rx 4 (also not out yet:mad:) so instead i just got the following 1 Beretta 92fs police special, my second keltec plr 16 and since Smith & wesson has tempted me once again with their new rebate offer I am getting a M&P 45 with a rebate for 2 free mags and $50.00. Now I gotta go and figure out how to pay for all this since I also have to get my wife her Lady Smith for our anniversary next month.
  9. I only show mine as a second form of ID unless I'm "producing" my dl for a cop, then I make darn sure he know's I got one.
  10. Phoenix arms 22. :censored:It is the most usless piece of crap I've seen. 1st you have to put the saftey on to release the mag, then you have to empty the mag, put it back in and then you can pull the slide back to eject the round in it chamber, plus the one I had was not accurate at all (an no it was not me).

    kel tek pf-9mm

I own one and it shoots well, it's a good SD firearm. It is a little "snappy" but 9mm in a gun that small you have to expect that.
  12. Hey, Skwashdem, Going to be up in your area the first part of Dec. Any good gun stores in your area?
  13. You are still missing the point. We don't want them to enforce the law, we want them to change the dang law. It's stupid for us not to ba able to carry while we take the family out to dinner.
  14. I owned a 61 Covair, Teh only one in Huntsville in 84 that didn't leak. Took that engine out so many time tyring to find the leak I could drop the assembly in 20 to 30 min. Wished I had that car back now.
  15. How can this be when the court house is "government property" ?
  16. I wasn't complaining, I was just asking a question. I wished they all went around armed all the time, maybe then some of the laws keeping us from carrying would disappear.
  17. :shake::shake: Now trhat is really stupidity at it's finest.
  18. Thanks, Might be too far for what I'm doing tomorrow but I may try coal creek.
  19. In Oak Ridge, TN. Going to be in Oak ridge tomorrow and would like to prowl:D
  20. I do not carry open, however I do carry my firearm in a "carry lock" belt holster with my shirt pulled down over it, if it become exposed I simply cover it back up, No I don't worry about it. Around the house I don't worry about covering up but it's my property. Met a LE off duty Friday night and he had a wilson combat custom in a oc holster. To beat it all he was going into outback , must be nice. I am not worried about someone grabbing my firearm, it in a "carrylock" holster and you have to push a release to get it out (you can yank it out but it take a lot of force).
  21. And he is a bang up guy to deal with.
  22. If all schools had teachers and admins armed then there would be less school shootings. If ya ask me (and you didn't) we should be able to carry any where we d well please. I worked for 3 days in a county sheriffs office before someone told me the sheriff would appreciate it if I would go lock my firearm up since they have trustees walking around:eek:. I'm sure they know the law but no one even suggested I was breaking the law (didn't know it at the time), shoot me and a deputy even were comparing carry methods and types of guns. I can understand not carrying into a courthouse or jail but if I have offical business (which I do more often than not) in a county building why do I have to become a victim before going in?
