#4 take the sig to the police gun buyback and use the $50 to pay the taxes on the xd. really i would choose #2 though #3 would be my choice in a perfect world. To answer the second part of your question, there is not one gun that I've sold or traded that I wish I hadn't. If you were to get rid of the Sig and regret it then go buy another, it's not like you can't find them. After reading the post after mine I've noticed that most everyone that is saying #3 has sold guns in the classifieds here which brings me back to #2.

no letter. most were in Christmas cards(i ran out) and i wrote something like this: a gift from the members of tngunowners.com we hope this makes your home more merry this christmas season.

i had delivery confirmation on all the larger gifts and it's showing that they all arrived yesterday. with the above post i know of at least 2 of the other gifts that have been delivered. i really think that TGO did a great service to these folks that are going through hard times. i did send the check to toys for tots on wednesday and will let everyone know when it clears.

if it makes you feel any better i've been waiting over 5 months for mine. i call at least once a month and always get the same answer. i know what the problem is but can't seem to get anyone to give a damn.

guys i really do appreciate the kind words but there were 25 or so members that took part in this and one very large donation by cjr so i vote TGO the Tennessee state forum of the year.

the original Friday is a classic. i could probably watch it with no sound and say the whole movie word for word. i will say that Katt Williams was great in Friday After Next though.

I've got a copy of Scrooged you can have. I'm not sure I've even watched the dvd. Seen the movie several times but I'm just not to crazy about it. you could probably find it in the $5 bin at walmart though

just to clarify the total collected was $4,100 and the above totals equal $3,100 so toys for tots will be receiving $1,000. all the cards have been purchased and will go out tomorrow. i was really hoping to get them out today but won't get a chance to go to the post office. Edit: also one of the $100 Kroger gift card recipients graciously declined our help due to him starting to get back on his feet so that card will be added to #1 in the list above.

as for the first part of your post i to have always thought about that. but in truth NO ONE really knows for 100% certain what will happen when we die. that's why it's called faith and not fact. you have faith that there is no God and i have faith that there is. i NEVER think less of anyone no matter what they believe as long as they aren't hurting anyone else in the process. if you want to worship cows, trees, or the stuff caught in the drain of the kitchen sink i could care less. or if you want to be the god of your own little universe again i could care less. just don't think less of me because i believe Jesus Christ is the answer. and the second part which is the main topic of this thread. i will continue to shop at best buy or should i say browse because i hardly ever buy anything from there.

actually humanists live for themselves and think that as long as it "feels good" it's ok and think that they should have to answer to no person or a superior being like GOD. in a nutshell that is what's wrong with our country today. humanists believe they are the "gods" of their own universe and what ever they do is ok. see the bold type from my earlier post. regardless of this it still is a Christian holiday.
