  9. no matter where you shop it's all made in china. costco carries the same brands as sams i believe. i am almost certain that everything at costco is not american made.
  10. Costco, Wal-Mart duel in political arena old article but it's still why i would use sams
  11. taurus pt 111!!! without a doubt the worst trigger i have ever seen on a gun of any kind. was my wife's so we sold it and replaced with a xd9sc.
  12. the only 2 of these i have shot are the g26 and the xd9sc but i would choose the xd over the glock. to me it is a much better fit and more accurate. the xd9sc is my wife's carry gun.
  13. PLEASE!! good luck to anyone trying to find their house because of what i posted. Thank to all for your kind words:)
  14. unfortunately my sister, the only one home at the time, has never even handled a firearm. this is her choice, maybe she will change her mind now. if my stepdad was home at the time i have a feeling they would have to replace the carpet. i am going to make sure that my mom and sister are equipped with mace in the near future.
  15. I got a text message from my mom early this morning telling me that her house had been broken into. Come to find out that she had left for work about 2 minutes before, my stepdad had left earlier, and my 16 year old sister was home alone waiting on a friend to pick her up for school. My sister called my mom and said "someone is banging on the front door should I call 911". Then the phone went dead. Needless to say my mom was frantic and immediately turned around to head back home. As she was on her way back she was trying to call my sister back with no answer. When she arrived and went inside my sister had locked herself in the upstairs bathroom and was talking to 911. They both left the house and waited for the cops. They had to call the cops again before they even showed up. Whoever the son of a bitch was kicked in the back door and stole nothing but a jewelry box, worth almost nothing, then ran out the front. They could tell this because jewelry had been dropped around the front door area. Now there was probably $15K-$20K worth of guns in an upstairs bedroom and several mid range paintings on the walls in the living area which the crook walked right past. All we can figure is he heard my sister upstairs and got out of dodge. Thank GOD he chose the option instead of the alternative. Now they live in a pretty nice neighborhood with houses that are on 1/8th acre lots so there was the potential of the crook being spotted by any of a number of people. No one saw a thing, though one neighbor did hear the banging. The worst part for me is that they're in Texas and I feel like I can't do anything to help. I guess the point of me telling y'all this is to let every know that it can happen to anyone at anytime so be prepared. I'm sure there are many errors in my spelling and grammer, I apologize.
  16. they gave me something to do this afternoon. most were extremely funny:)
  17. just talked to them: $8 per day(they will eventually have a yearly pass), pistol only at this time with 65 feet being the longest distance, 8 covered bays with an additional 8 to be completed soon.
