  Scottish Right has a scholarship fund if you major in government.  Being that you have to be a Master Mason to be in Scottish Rite they mostly get over shadowed locally by the Blue Lodge and Nationally by the Shrine since most go on to get that too.   I'm a Master Mason and I wouldn't consider Free Masonry white leadership organizations, thought they would make damn good ones!
