  1. You must be doing somthing wrong with the 1911.
  2. It would surprise the hell out of me if a PD's standard issue weapon was a Glock 18.
  3. You got it right. You did decided to start your own business, and happens to all business owners. There is alot of things you can't control when you go into business for yourself, it's a crap shoot sometimes. And this time around all the gun shops in TN got the short end of the stick. It sucks but thats the way it is.
  4. I've got a MKII and I havent ever detail stripped it. My policy on Ruger .22 pistols is I dont take them apart unless they start jamming. My MKII is over 8 years old and has never had any jamming issues. Wipe the chamber down the best you can. Run a brush and some patches through it and wipe the outside down.

  7. Mine were here less than a week after they had been approved. Yours should be here next week. Now the important part, what did you buy/build?

  9. You know too much now. Time for the ban stick.

  12. She's a dumb bitch. Always has been, always will be. A G5 with all the booze I can drink does sound good though. Maybe I should get into politics....
  13. Yea a few. But mostly the 1lb'ers.
  14. If you can shoot your AR's all day long without anyone getting pissed you should be ok. Its the bigger amounts that start rattling windows.
  15. Its pretty loud. You dont really need alot of land to shoot it by itself. But if you are going to put it in a old car or a refrigerator you need some space because it will blow crap everywhere. And if you are going to put in in a car or refrigerator get back from it at least 200-300 yards, because everything it blows up is shrapnel. By the way, it takes alot more than a pound to blow a car apart. Watch this, they get a commercial in at the end but there is some good info in it. YouTube - Tannerite Official Instructional Video
  16. Hmmm, I guess that could be fun to watch. Depends on how excited she got.

  18. Not a flake here in White House (20 miles north of Nashville). Just overcast and cold.

  24. Never been on GT. How long can you really talk about a Glock? They are all the same and run all the time (for me anyway). I post on subguns.com, and lurk on HKpro.com. But for the most part I am a TGO whore, I am on here at least once a day if not multiple times. As far as I'm concerned this best forum on the net.
  25. Dont worry Coop, this same thing happens EVERY year.
