Yup, That was back in the day when I didnt have a cell phone but if it happened now adays I would just use my cell phone to record.

I knew a dude that I went to high school with was a child molester because I had seen it in the paper here. Well I was on facebook looking at the people in my area. He was one that came up. I alerted facebook he was a pedophile and sent them a link showing the information off the tn sex offender registry site. The guy in the photo on the tn sex offender registry was the same guy as in the facebook photos. They shut him down that day and reported him to "the proper authorities"

Exactly low bud. In tennessee you can record any conversation so long as at least one person of the people being recorded is aware of it. That person only has to be you.

When I first moved to oak ridge I lived at woodland view apartments. Didnt know it was bad when I moved in there. Anyways, to make a very long story short I had 4000 dollar sound system in my car. I parked my car and looked around when I got out like I always do and noone was lurking about and there were no people sitting in cars. I went in to my apartment and I was not in there longer than what it takes the normal man to pee and came back out. The alpine was gone and the 12 inch mtx speakers in the trunk were gone. Needless to say I reported it to the police. The management there had a license tag number of a car that had been stealing stuff in the area, the cops for whatever reason never did find the stuff but I saw the car one night by chance and chased the person back to their apartment and called the law. They came and "took em into custody" but didnt find my stuff anywhere.

If I am not mistaken if someone comes on your property in TN and gets injured whether your fault or not you can be held legally liable in court. Now if there are no trespassing signs and they get injured that is an entirely different ball game.

Got pulled over once in Athens, TN. I was not speeding. I said why did you pull me over the officer said because your from Rhea County. I said since when is it a crime to be from another county and go to another county? He didnt say anything. Little did he know I was tape recording the conversation as I had just come from class at TTC @athens and had been tape recording the lecture so I could take notes on it later and review. Well needless to say I tape recorded the whole conversation, the dude pulled me out of the car and I had left the tape recorder recording under the drivers seat. He said can I search your car. I said no get a warrant. He said what do you have to hide? I said nothing (which I didnt have anything to hide.) I said you do not have probable cause to search my vehicle because i was not speeding. I said being from another county is not probable cause. Anyways, after he let me go I went to the McMinn County Sherriffs department talked to his boss and played the tape for him. Later on I got a letter in the mail from the guys boss saying that the officer had been let go.

Speaking of dr office. I have been to st thomas numerous times and have to go there again tuesday. I have not seen it posted on the entrance where I go in so does anyone know if any of the other doors are posted I have never noticed any signs at any of them but I could be wrong.

Right, which I dont think the weaver has. I think in order to get something to work on the weaver (without notches) that fits picatinny you need a picatinny rail adapter.

I will let you know next weekend when i go to the range. As far as pics go I have just been informed that both digital cameras we have have gone down the crapper. I am so pissed I was not aware that someone had broken my cameras. LOL

There is picatinny, which has the little serrations and then there is weaver I think the glock comes with the weaver I cant remember though. I could have it reversed LOL.

Got one of these for my xd 40 in the mail today. I put it on. I like the grip and it makes the XD look even more badass than it already is. As tight as the mag springs are on the damned thing I cant see as how it would have failures to feed at all it has to much power in the springs to have a ftf. I will be shooting it this next weekend so.

I might just do that. I have figured out a way around it for now. So I will try it out and see if that way works and if it does I will keep it.

My grandpa built a tater gun that actually looked like a real cannon and had wheels on it and stuff and you could roll it around and it pivoted and what not. Of course us grand kids (all boys within a year age of each other) sprayed a whole can of hair spray into the electric ignitor and hit the button and blew the back end off of it and it broke my cousins finger. After that papaw no let us play with tater gun no mo :-(
