  1. I believe this is the view of every law-abiding, sensible gun owner.
  2. Very cool. Moped, obviously this shouldn't be relied upon as your only copy. You can get hard copies for a few bucks off Amazon/ebay, print them for free, or buy them at surplus stores. I would read and memorize it (not that I plan on doing that, but if you are worried about not having the app and needing it...), and then you don't need any of those things. Free pdf of it: http://www.ar15.com/content/manuals/FM21-76_SurvivalManual.pdf
  3. I don't even care about the brine anymore beacuse I'm driving this filthy thing until it's all off the skreets.
  4. Damn dude.
  5. No, but I have a 4wd truck that makes it a joy to drive (and play in.. hehe) and I'm going on a cruise to the Turks and Caicos islands in March, so if it snows every day until then, I really wouldn't care.
  6. Cool, thanks.
  7. Just be sure to wash your hands before doing "internet research."
  8. I'd like to know, too.
  9. Just a small Streamlight and a J-frame with a laser sight. Everything else is locked in the safe.
  10. I got up to Gallatin this past Sunday after not having been since August. The place looks even better than those several year old pictures I posted. There is a portajon now, and it looks like a lot of work has been done on the far end of the range. Also the gravel road getting back there has been resurfaced and is smooth as silk. I feel fortunate.
  11. How long have you had it? Since you have to send it off either way, I'd send it to Glock so you can keep the OD you originally bought. I've had 2 36s and can't remember specifically having this problem, if it is indeed a problem.
  12. First you need to set up a time to get together. Do you even think this pistol is interested in you? Don't be too eager. Just be yourself and have a good time.
  13. I think it would be a fun gun to shoot. Especially with a group of friends. Skeet/trap shooting with a revolver would be a challenge and a good way to spend an afternoon. There are plenty of guns I'd buy before this one, but I'd give one a try before I completely dismissed it.
  14. Jealous.. I'd love to have that setup.
  15. This is the equivalent of Schick and Gilette going to 10 blades.
  16. Well Hermitage is somewhat of an improvement over Antioch, but it's gone downhill in the last 5-10 years IMO. I grew up there and it's not what it used to be. All the crap from Nashville and Antioch is slowly spreading outward. I call it thug sprawl..
  17. A friend of mine bought a DPMS .308 there last weekend. He had gone to use the range there the weekend before and said the same thing everyone else is saying about everything being awesome. I may check it out this weekend.
  18. Gallatin Gun Club.

    what do you feel

I have no reason to look for another .357 6 shot revolver. My polished 686:
  20. The reply I received states that the class is $100. He is booked through February, but will be scheduling a future class when he returns from a business trip next week.
  21. Anyone taken one of their reloading classes, or know the cost? I sent an e-mail and will post back any relevant info if I get it before it's posted here.
  22. No comment.
  23. Best gun forum around
  24. That's pretty funny.
