dude, you seem to have a story for EVERYTHING....you must have a lot of friends.
  2. Zero here, though I have strongly considered adding this jerk who won't shut up about his bada** Titan.... Only reason I keep him around is because he has this awesome smoker. Now Bill, GIVE ME YOUR TRUCK!!
  3. I tried to buy one of these earlier today and it said it was pending. Can anyone tell me what happens? Am I supposed to get an email for some code or something?
  4. It's really not a big deal. As long as they recognize(which they do) then you're good to go. Carry your gun and be safe.
  5. I'm sorry to see that happen to you but honestly, leaving your GPS in plain sight is pure stupidity. I'm not trying to be rude but that's just asking to be robbed. You might as well have left cash sitting on the dash. Especially when you know you're in a bad neighborhood. My dad leaves his up all the time and I try to tell him not to but he doesn't listen to me. I keep mine locked in the glove box. It could still be stolen but at least I'm not advertising that I have one by leaving it on my dash. And yes TINT YOUR WINDOWS. and please stop leaving your gun in your car unless it's locked up.
  6. really wouldn't surprise me. It's really ignorant thought because with just a little practice a person could reload in no time at all. The AZ shooter could done just as much damage with a 15 round mag after some practice. But I'm not telling you all anything new.
  7. won't let me edit my last post but I missed Macville's summary at the bottom. Look like I understood it correctly.
  8. on the home page for CNN.com there is a poll regarding hi cap magazines. It needs your vote! CNN.com - Breaking News, U.S., World, Weather, Entertainment & Video News
  9. Macville, thanks for the post. Very interesting stuff. So just to clarify, according to the Gov, if you get caught carrying in a city park the worst a cop can do is write you a ticket for $50. Am I understanding that correctly? Unless you refuse to leave, then you can be arrested.
  10. I guess it's just your poor eyesight at your old age just kidding, you're probably right about that. I'll look here in a few weeks at the next show.
  11. It's doing the same thing for me. I can't edit any posts and I'm using windows 7
  12. It's sad isn't it? When you drive through the area you can tell that some of the homes used to be very nice and with some time/$$ could still be. Too sad. Anyways, do you know if the Victor Ashe dog park is owned by the city also? I was curious because the GF takes the dog there quite often.
  13. They did change that law but I believe Knoxville is 1 city that has some old "grandfathered" law in place that overrules the new law. I could be completely wrong though. Check back on this thread later tonight and make sure. OhShoot or Fallguy will be along to confirm/correct me. They sleep with a copy of the TCA
  14. I'm not sure about the fishing show but I know all the gun shows are posted "no loaded firearms" and "no concealed carry". But even if it wasn't posted you still can't carry there because it's a "park". I don't like going to that part of town without my gun.
  15. lol dude! you posted some discussion that already happened and then didn't even tell us how the discussion went or what was said. Don't be surprised when you left all of us wondering.
  16. Welcome to the club!! It's a nice feeling being able to carry at work.
  17. I really really want to take a defensive pistol course. I need to do this ASAP. I'll definitely look into this course. Do they provide you a place to sleep or do you stay in a hotel? And my guess is that everyone used a Glock 19?
