  1. I hear really good things about AmeriGlo. I believe they have a lifetime warranty and everyone on Glocktalk seems to love them. If you're a GSSF member you get %20 off! AmeriGlo Independent Light
  2. welcome. Come shooting with us sometime at Norris. It's only $40 for the entire year.
  3. crowded show today. Had fun BSing with the usual suspects. Randy was too busy chasing tail to notice any of the guns. Good seeing everyone!
  4. on another forum a member says he knows the guy that was jumped and that he had a valid CCW. I bet he regrets not having it on him. Or at least a knife or spray of some sort.
  5. Dolomite it's about time we met as well. I'll be looking for the usual crew. I should be there by 9. Mac, I don't have a printer. Are you going to bring the famous $1 coupons? don't make me beg
  6. Mac, what are you thinking of purchasing?
  7. bill's outpost. Awesome dude. I've purchased 2 guns from him. His fee is only $20
  8. what was her explanation for going through your phone? If she trusts you she wouldn't be doing it.
  9. One thing to consider is this. If you marry her then it's a done deal.. but if you really don't want to give up on her completely then talk with her, postpone the wedding for a while and see if she improves. People can change.. Or take the advice from the guys on here that are much older than us and much wiser...walk away now.

    Oh Shoot

Mac, you didn't answer the question...... I better see you saturday old timer.
  11. I agree about the grip. That is the one thing I dislike. My XD felt more natural in my hand. I have a Gen 4 26 and the new grip is a nice improvement over gen 3 but still not perfect.
  12. you can google it and find a plethora of information on it. But here is a good link. The $0.25 Glock trigger job
  13. has anyone done the .25 trigger job? oh, and check out his thread. Pretty crazy. I think my 21 has proven its durability - Glock Talk
  14. you didn't answer my question......I sense foot in mouth syndrome but I agree there is nothing worse than someone who thinks that it's either Glock or nothing else... It's just like the Ford vs Chevy debate that will never end. Or if you're on TGO the Nissan Titan vs Tundra lol.... I also see the irony of you commenting on this thread saying you hate Glock lovers when you have a M&P avatar and come in claiming(more or less) how they are superior to Glocks. Ironic for sure!! I try to remain unbiased. I know what I like but I don't crap on others for disagreeing. I've only shot 1 M&P and I really liked it. I could see myself owning 1 eventually. I just sold the only XD that I had. It was a great gun. 100% reliable and very accurate. Overall I prefer the Glock line but I will probably miss that gun eventually.
  15. how is the XD line safer to disassemble? Both XD and Glock require pulling the trigger? Yes Glocks are reliable, but anything can break. He was just saying that in the event that something breaks the Glocks are very easy to take apart and fix. We all know how much you dislike Glocks Smith.....move along now
  16. Seaslug(Brian) came by my house a few weeks ago and showed me how to completely strip my Glock 19. It was really neat and amazing that these guns are so simple. Hey Link, I've not heard much about the titanium parts. What the scoop? Are they just stronger?
  17. Yes it does have stiff recoil but it's not unbearable. +P rounds are much worse than standard loads as you would expect. I would personally not want to shoot the gun with wooden grips on it. I find the rubber grips to be very comfortable and help soak up some of the felt recoil. YMMV
  18. I like it! Would probably never do it to mine, but I like it!
