Correct, however there could already be 4 day a week places that we couldn't have legally carried in either. True I understand!!

But I'll say it again!!!!! HB0962 has it's own defintion of what a restaurant is for the purpose of carry in it. So it wouldn't matter if in other parts of the code they did away with restaurants all together.....our bill has it's own defintion of a restauarant!!!

Actually HB0962 says 5 days a week for us to carry even though it is only 4 days for a liquor by the drink restaurant license

It wouldn't....HB0962 has it's own definition of a restaurant, it doesn't refer to another section of code.

I agree that John and TFA are apperntly not legally lobbyist. My point was that it is not BS for lobbyist to have to register if the meet the requirments.

Well to be more exact apparenlty 5.9ppm is ok, but 7.9ppm is bad..... That is according to some in the House, not the EPA or the TDEC though....

He's not the one keeping the debate going.....He would like to have it passed hours ago. But Yes he didn't want a clean bill in the confrence committee, but he did vote for HB0962
