  1. Good ending. Glad everything worked out, man.
  2. Tagged for updates.
  3. Ask Trijicon. Second, snoop around AR15.com for info.
  4. Good point.
  5. I nearly bought a M&P back when I was getting my carry gun, mainly because of the feel and most people liked them. But since I'd shot XDs in the past, and liked them, I decided on going with that. Also, I heard something about failures at around 60k rounds for M&Ps? I can't remember where I heard it, or if it even has merit, but it's sticking to me...
  6. A nice red-dot would do well, but I bought a Millet DMS-1 for my wife's SHTF AR, but I plan to use a Vortex SPARC on mine. Both would work well for self-defense/SHTF.
  7. What do you want to do with it? (Hunting, home defense, competition, etc.)
  8. I like that G36. I saw it in a magazine the other day. ETA: but paying as much as I would for the rifle is a bit too much for my tastes. Maybe if the sold the complete rifle?
  9. Understood, Dolomite. Thanks Mr. And Mrs. Dolomite
  10. I'm interested.
  11. Yeah, I kind of felt stupid after posting that, but I didn't bother editing it. I'm just happy wintertime is pretty much here so I can sport the longer grip.
  12. Damn. I have to be at work at 10. Guess I'll just wait a LONG time to pick up the season on DVD.
  13. Great choice. You won't be disappointed.I have an SC myself, but have been wondering if a Service model will suit better.
  14. Rifle in the trunk, mags and ammo in the front. At least I heard that two years ago. It may have changed.
  15. Looks like my rifle is going into the trunk.
  16. Crossbreeds are G2G. I barely know it's there if I don't think about it.
  17. Tagged. I know 9mm will work, but I hear .22 LR doesn't have enough recoil to cycle in automatic. We'll see.
  18. I appreciate it. If everything goes good, I should have this issue taken care off. Thanks.
  19. As a fun carbine, I'd go with the SPARC or the Bushnell above.
  20. My boss mentioned the other day his magazine spring on his 500 (12 GA, 8+1 shot) is weak and won't chamber a round. I need a replacement, if anyone's got one they're willing to part with I'd like to have it. Thanks in advance.
  21. That makes sense ^
  22. I LIKE it! Off to build a 9mm AR, I suppose.
  23. Good call. You won't be disappointed. Most people told me to upgrade my wardrobe and buy some pants/shorts with 2 inches more on the waist, but I don't seem to have a problem carrying like it is.
  24. I went to the main gate at ORSA the first time (that's the gate on Gallaher Rd), and it doesn't have a code to get in the gate for non-members. The East gate does. Go towards Oak Ridge and turn when you see the park--if you see the water treatment plant you're going the right right. It should be up on your right. I missed it this past weekend, but I bet I'll go next month.
  25. Try youtube.com. I'd really like to see this thing in action.
