The 1911 is only one denomination of the Tacti-Krishna cult.The DA revolver is another.The later striker fired guns are pure in spirit and are the equal of the first two.The DA autos however are a fringe congregation akin to snake handlers.The great prophet Col.Jeff Cooper said it best that they were a ingenious solution to a non existant problem.

I know it is owned by the city and there is a bar in the building so that may preclude carrying a CCW.On the other hand they used to have gun shows down there for years.But there is an exemption for gun or sports shows in public areas or buildings.

The more you take them apart the easier it is to reassemble,practice and all that stuff.

By far the indoor range with the best filtration system I have shot at was Guncraft (now Coal Creek Armory)in Knoxville.By far the worst is Carter's in Chattanooga.They have NO system,only a small heat pump.That was one of the many reasons I stopped having weekly matches there.

That is why I love Cleveland.They have 5 pistol ranges with berms around you.They say you must share if all the ranges are full but that has never been the case for me.It is like having your own private range.
