  3. Another Panties Heist from Victoria Secret Store November 4, 2009 Thefts from the Victoria Secret Store in the Stones River Mall continue. For about the third time in three years, unknown persons have stolen hundreds of dollars worth of undergarments. Most recently, four women who entered the store allegedly sprayed one worker with pepper spray before leaving with close to $1,000 worth of underwear. In the heist, the four culprits were described as being black females in their 20’s and driving a gold 4-door Pontiac with tinted windows. This time, the women may not go uncaught. Evidently, a witnessed photographed the get-a-way car. Despite a picture that is now on file with Murfreesboro Police, no arrest has been made. A police report shows that because pepper spray was used as a weapon during the act of the crime being committed, the theft has been labeled as a strong armed robbery. 4. Stupid is, is stupid does.
  5. Those blinds are awesome!
  6. Well that sucks but i'm sure you will get another chance to redeem yourself.
  7. Sorry about your friend but could you give us the facts then. Was the safety off or on, did the gun malfunction when it hit the ground?
  8. Ha ha I knew you had a better way of doing it than I did. I am going to try that plus boiling heads in my house will make the wife mad and thats what I live to do
  9. I've killed more deer sitting next to a tree than in a stand or ground blind. I like the ground blind better as it keeps the wind and cold of my little toes
  10. Yeah I didn't think you meant flatening the tires for real . Ground blinds are not that expensive, especially since they are very portable.
  11. Glad your all right just be carefull next time.
  12. Not sure it was him, I think it was but not sure. Nah on the flat tires. I guess I will be going to Wal-Mart and get me a blind unless someone knows were I can get a better deal on one. I have several spots were ground blinds work better that tree stands so I need another one.
  13. Welcome aboard
  14. Welcome aboard
  15. Maybe I should have done this but my property borders all of my other families property and the dreaded neighbors. I have caught him on his ATV riding on my property while I was in my stand. I told him he couldn't be riding all over my property. He said sorry but I still think it was him.
  16. No trail cams it's property I have hunted all my life so I know were the deer move. Wish I had one. I think it was the neighbors kid but not sure.
  17. I have done this for varmint hunting due to the ants more active during summer, I put mine in a chicken cage and set it on top this way only the ants could get to them. I also put honey on it to help attract them. I heard salt can help break down the meat but never tried it.
  18. Sad but thats why safety is very important.
  19. I had one blind tied down in the woods for almost 1 1/2 years and this year someone trespassing stole it. I got it at a yard sale for 15 bucks so really can't complain just mad that someone would steal it.
  20. I have a few deer skulls, mostly keep fox, bobcat and got a few coyote skulls. Ask wd-40 he would know a more simpler way to clean one than my method. I let it sit outside for awhile so the flesh and meat rot then soak it in bleach. I'm sure wd-40 or someone else has an easier way.
  21. Can't wait till my daughter is old enough to Juvinile hunt.
  22. I think it may fall under this one.
  23. Some good info http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/hunting/24767-ground-blind-2.html http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/hunting/11031-quality-ground-blind.html Ground blinds can be very usefull. They allow you to be concealed when there is no other options. Only negative things I can say are scent control and visibility. Your not going to see as well as say if your in a tree stand and your scent is at ground level. Also the scent of your blind can turn them away. So make sure you take every step in scent control. Also don't just place it in the open and if you have to make sure you also use natural cover to help conceal you. I would also do the same in thick areas. I use ground blinds and love them. To me I think the pros out way the cons. As far as setting them up most are pop ups and are real easy to set up and take down and they also pack light.
  24. I think if you killed a snake as in just killing them not protecting anything it would probably fall under cruelty to animals or something along that lines.
  25. I played on a home made field. We used pallets stuffed with lots of cardboard boxes worked great. It was on about 2 acres I think.
