First 2nd amm. case in a decade to go before SCOTUS

Just read where a case from New York will be taken up by SCOTUS. Maybe they will shine a little light on their repressive laws regarding firearms.

I doubt this will be the case that allows all Americans to slap on a gun and walk down the street. But you never know; at some point the SCOTUS needs to answer that question; even though they don’t want to.

Regardless of what the SCOTUS does, I'm always sceptical  of any opinion or speculation that comes out of NBC news. They're not exactly on our side, you know.
