The wife and I decided we'd had enough of Louisville, Kentucky so we retired and moved to the Morristown area last year.  It's nice to have Cherokee Lake and East Tennessee Gun Club within 10 minutes of our house.

I'd like a place to do some outdoor defensive shotgun practice.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the area! I'm in Jefferson City and live right on Cherokee Lake. Always looking to fire off a few rounds or enjoy a little bourbon. I've been looking into the TWRA range at bubbling springs outside of Newport, may be a decent option for you.
