Is it legal to carry OC/CS gas.

When I say carry, I mean the real deal, not the little squirters you get at the convenience store. I mean the OC canisters. Like for example, the M3 Fogger! Not that the little squirters dont hurt, but one good spray and your OUT! And unless the perp gives you time to "reload", you may be out indefinate.

Just curious really!

It's a good thing 4 and 5 D-Cell Mag-Lights aren't considered impact weapons. (=

If you are using it as a weapon, then it is a weapon. I can definitely see someone being arrested for but maybe not charged with carrying a "club". It is all about intent or perceived intent.

I was making a joke about needing a certificate of training to carry one around if it was considered an impact weapon.

Heck, I thought you were serious!:D
