I dont want to take the credit here, so, Halfpint had the idea to set up a poll on the date for a Memphis eat and shoot. SO here it is.

The suggest date and time is Saturday January 12th at 6:30 PM at RangeUSA for Eating BBQ and Shooting GUNS.

I just threw a date out . . . I work til 6 Saturdays, but if a Sunday afternoon would work better I can make that as well. Basically 9-6 Mon-Sat I'm out, other than that you can pretty much count me in.

I wasnt blaming Halfpint i was just giving him credit. Being a nooby I didnt want to take credit for someones idea.

Im pretty open on weekends too and evenings, but I think that date and time would be ok. I know we cant make everyone happy all the time, wish I could but im not that good. Maybe we could try and make this a regular thing maybe once a month or something so everyone has a chance to make it sometime.

I'm good for that too. Whatever works for me really--if I'm not working I'll be there.

I like the after-church part, might even bring the pastor with me! ...hey, it's happened before.

Saturday or Sunday, either way, I'm in.

I think earlier in the afternoon would be better. I usually go to church at 8am service, so I'm out by 10:30am, so pretty much anytime after 10:30am is good for me. And since they open at 1pm, that might be a good time too.

Sounds good to me too. As far as stuff to eat, since the grill isn't open on Sunday, we can always hit up Popeye's  (I really really really like Popeye's lol).

I figured we'd all just meet at the range. Will the grill actually be open though? The last time I went there (last week on new years), I don't think they were open.

Same description as from the gun show, shorter guy (5'4") with a high-and-tight, black backpack full of things that go "boom." I'll be there a little early, more than likely.
