TGO version of community garden

Anyone heard of the community gardens popping up here and there. Basically a neighborhood gets together and works the land with no delegated tasks or anything like that, people just do it when they want to and the whole neighborhood gets to enjoy fresh vegetables. The amazing thing is that these gardens are working, bringing together communities, and people are really doing their fair share of work.

I think we need a TGO version around the Brentwood area. Instead of a garden, it would be a shooting range. A piece of land conveniently located outside city limits where we can fire weapons. Everyone chips in a little bit to buy the land and keeps the land clean of brass. Maybe some people can donate some lumber and dirt and some other people can donate some labor and we can make a legit range without all the legal fees and insurance associated with a range. It would just be a piece of land we all take of where we can shoot in peace. Any takers?

Would never work. Range would get trashed somehow by selfish people.

Even ranges people pay for get screwed up and someone is always stuck cleaning up after them.

If I ever have the land for one, small select group of friends would have access to it. That's it for the above reasons.
