AR scope

Recommended Posts

I am looking for a new scope for my 24" ar upper. I am between the Leupold Mark AR 6-18X and the Vortex Viper/Viper PST. I really liked the 3-9x Leupold Mark AR that I have now, but I am looking for a little more magnification. Any suggestions?

I use a Leupold 4.5-14 x50 vari-x 3 on my 24" and I would'nt have anything else.I shoot 800 yards at half gallon milk jugs religiously on our range and have no problem with it even spotting for others at 1200 yards

I use a zeiss conquest 3x9x40 and a Leupold M8-36X target Dot and at 400 the zeiss is plenty. Now there are time where the 4.5-14-40 mark ar for the money would be nice. And Rodslanger shooting 800 yards after a total of 16 rds through a new upper can only be credited to his profound knowledge of the weapon and his ballistics
