... Anyone know of a good holster for a CZ...i hate leather holsters and sure as heck am not going to use the factory one.

Make your own. It's easy. Buy some Kydex from knifekits.com or from NorthCoast knives. It costs about $5 for a 12x12 sheet depending on the thickness. Cut it with a saw (jig or hack) to the size you need. Keep the size larger than necessary, as it will be trimmed later. Heat it in an oven at 350 deg for 90 seconeds. Take it out using gloves. Wrap it around the pistol. Place this 'taco' on top of a large towel folded. Place another towel on top and place a heavy weight on top of the whole thing. Leave it for 20 minutes. Take the weapon out. Use a Dremel to trim the holster to size and shape desired. Then use Chicago screws with rubber washers for tension adjustment through holes you drill in the right places. If you have a heat gun, you can make your own clips by hand and attach them with Chicago screws. Or you can be creative with your means to attach to a belt. There are a lot of designs out there that work. Find one you like and make it. Do a web search for some good tutorials with pictures. Just remember they use the expensive press and tools. Use towels instead; it works and they are already in the house. You can do it. I did. I've also changed my holster since making it (improvements). One evening and you have a custom Kydex holster for around $15 total.

From what I have been reading about it Jughead that would be correct. I only have access to 25 yard ranges but I have read several people say if you have a good CZ52 a 100 yard shot isn't that hard with one.

I need to work on the sight on mine. I think it's set up differently than my others or maybe needs adjusted, but the groupings I get are incredible for me shooting, just not exactly where I want them. Could be me though it's a tiny sight.

just picked up one today. looks absolutely new barrel about average. probable payed 25 too much but couldnt pass it up. i dont shoot them often but my son loves them fit his hand like a glove so case and 1/2 beer over what i should have paid i bought it. put it in the safe

I think $25 to much is about right in todays market. From what I have been reading they are getting a bit more scarce. I'm gonna wind up paying $30 to much due to repairing some broken parts but at least I know I love the gun, and it does look pretty good and shoots better than I do.

does anyone local have these in stock & if so what are they selling for?

Don't know of any locally, but you might try Chris Fogle @ Trinity Arms. They are $200 (handpicked)

I got one from Chris last month and it is perfect.

I got one from AIM about 4 years ago. I think I gave $79 plus shipping with my C&R license.

Great gun.

Ahh...the good ol days...same things gonna be said for Mosin's, K98's, and all the other old cheap guns we are passin on at the moment. I keep debatin on whether I need one of AIM's P6's...as I am a Sig-Aholic.
