Ok

Kids if you are going to open a lemonade stand you need a permit! Doesn't matter your city or state, get it.

I'm reading about one of these a week now and getting sick of it.

YOU NEED A PERMIT TO OPEN A LEMONADE STAND!!!

Don't open one with out it! I don't know why you need one, but if you don't have one the police will shut you down and fine your parents, then I will have to read about it and I am getting tired of it.

So just go apply, pay your $50 to $200 fee, if you use a sign check with your local codes department and make sure your sign is proper, get the proper health and saftey inspections, make sure your lemonade is labeled correctly for ingredients and nutritional information and then open your lemonade stand, just like we use to when I was a kid.

Then when you get done your 1st day and realize you only took in like $6.00 and spent $200 or $300 go smack your mom and dad and grandparents for letting America slip away. Well don't smack the one that loves you the most cause someone will have to bail you out of jail.

while I was living in Connecticut there was an 8 year old boy in Rocky Hill,CT on the news. His nightcrawler stand was shutdown by zoning and the police for no permit. that's when I knew I didn't belong there and wouldn't be staying. Guess the yankees have brought that crap here. NEVER VOTE FOR A YANKEE!
