Think I will load some Magtec brass shotshells to dove hunt with.Have a 28 ga. sxs and have always wanted to shoot and reload as the old timers did.Any body ever try this? I made all the hand tools out of brass and ss to hand load them. Also have and old Lee loader in 28 ga.

I just loaded some .410 brass shells yesterday. I do like the old ways too. I don't have any tools really. I deprime using my 45-70 size die, then prime with my Lee priming tool. I use wads cut from an old pizza box and the overshot wad is a cereal box. All sealed with Elmers glue. They shoot good! And the brass hulls should never wear out.
